I am Jude Iria, a Business Development Strategist, Certified Career Coach, and 3× Founder with over 6 years of experience helping entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals build clarity, structure, and growth in their personal and business brands.

My career started from a deep passion for teaching and guiding individuals toward discovering their purpose and translating it into profitable skills. Over the years, I’ve trained and mentored hundreds of people, from students to established professionals, helping them identify hidden strengths, craft compelling personal brands, and monetize their expertise in the digital economy.

As the Founder & CEO of JI Global Consultancy, I work with businesses across Nigeria and internationally to streamline operations, build funnels, automate systems, and create marketing strategies that drive real results. Beyond consultancy, I lead initiatives in personal branding and career development, with my books and training programs, including The Brand Leverage Blueprint, serving as tools to empower the next generation of entrepreneurs and leaders.

I am also the Founder of Eleazar Alliance, a nonprofit dedicated to youth empowerment, where we focus on skill development, entrepreneurship, and creating opportunities for young people to thrive in an evolving digital economy.

With a background shaped by global exposure and hands-on business experience, I bring a unique blend of strategy, systems, and storytelling to everything I do. My approach is simple yet powerful: clarity creates confidence, and systems create freedom.
